Refund policy

At LUXANA, each sculpture and decor piece is handcrafted and undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. We want you to love your purchase.

Return Eligibility:

1) Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2) Product must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.  3) Custom-made or personalized sculptures cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.

3) To initiate a return, go through return tab or email us at luxanadecor@gmail.com with your order ID and photos of the product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please share unboxing video as proof for damage claims.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:
For approved returns, we will arrange pickup. If pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you.
